The artist Milo Moiré opened with her performance Ceci n’est pas une femme nue the new Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Rijeka, Croatia. Milo Moiré’s performative work was exhibited together with the retrospective of the Croatian performance icon Tomislav Gotovac. Accompanied by hundreds of museum visitors, the artist walked for 30 minutes from the old museum across the city center to the new building. The users could follow her performance through her „virtual eyes.

The second half of Ceci N'Est Pas Pop rocks a little harder than the pop songs that dominate the first half of the album; "Beautiful One"'s brooding, chugging sound recalls the Smithereens, and indeed, the shiny yet crunchy production on all the songs seems to fit in more with early-'90s alternative rock than with most of the music in. the 2000s.

The theme of pipes with the text "Ceci n'est pas une pipe" is extended in Les Mots et Les Images, La Clé des Songes, Ceci n'est pas une pipe (L'air et la chanson), The Tune and Also the Words, Ceci n’est pas une pomme, and Les Deux Mystères. Compare with Korzybski's "The word is not the thing" and "The map is not the territory" as well as Diderot's This is not a story. "Magritte's The Treachery of Images (Ceci n'est pas une pipe)".

Ceci N’est Pas’, meaning ’This Is Not’ in French, is the third and final chapter of Miguel Vallinas’ surrealist pictures series that stage human bodies, always well-dressed coupled with unexpected head. In ‘La Trahison des Images’ – ‘The Treachery of Images’, painted by surrealist artist René Magritte, a pipe is clearly depicted. Together with the famous caption ‘Ceci n’est pas une pipe’, the painter brings back to reality with emphasizing the fact that a drawn pipe, as realistic as it is, still was an intangible thing.
