The Last Stand Lyrics. In the heart of the Holy See In the home of Christianity The seat of power is in danger There's a foe of a thousand swords They've been abandoned by their lords Their fall from grace will pave their path, to damnation. Then the 189 In the service of Heaven They're protecting the holy line It was 1527, gave their lives on the steps to Heaven Thy will be done! For the grace, for the might of our Lord For the home of the holy For the faith, for the way of the sword Gave their lives so boldly
Now that I live alone in a large apartment, they decided to get me a special present. I was crossing a bridge over a small river when I noticed a young woman standing on the railings. She intended to jump.
The innocence slips away Time stand still Time stand still. Summer's going fast, nights growing colder Children growing up, old friends growing older Freeze this moment a little bit longer Make each sensation a little bit stronger Experience slips away Experience slips away The innocence slips away. Thanks to Harrison Sheehan, Kelly for correcting these lyrics. Writer(s): LEE GEDDY, PEART NEIL ELWOOD.
The mystery story: Last night I was walking home next to the river Thames, when something strange happened to me. It was late at night and I’d had a long and difficult day at work. There was a large full moon in the sky and everything was quiet. I was tired and lonely and I’d just had a few pints of beer in my local pub, so I decided to stop by the riverside and look at the moon for a while. I sat on some steps very close to the water’s edge and looked up at the big yellow moon and wondered if it really was made of cheese . The wind was blowing and an owl hooted in a tree above me. I rubbed my eyes and started to get up, when suddenly I heard a splash. I looked down at the water and saw something. Something terrible and frightening, and unlike anything I’d ever seen before.
All the world's a stage" is the phrase that begins a monologue from William Shakespeare's pastoral comedy As You Like It, spoken by the melancholy Jaques in Act II Scene VII Line 138. The speech compares the world to a stage and life to a play and catalogues the seven stages of a man's life, sometimes referred to as the seven ages of man: infant, schoolboy, lover, soldier, justice, Pantalone, and old age, facing imminent death. It is one of Shakespeare's most frequently quoted passages.
