However, an essential element of The Dynospectrum was its production, as Ant (of Atmosphere) was digging deep into his explorations of painting sound with dark and moody strokes.

It’s the 10th song of the 1998 released album The Dynospectrum by the self-named Hip Hop group. The group consists of Beyond (now known as Sab the Artist), Atmosphere, Swift of Phull Surkle, and I Self Devine of Micranots. It samples Droppin' Science by Marley Marl. Traction" Track Info. Initially, the Dynospectrum seed was planted by Beyond while recording his aforementioned Comparison album. On a quest to create a unique word to define the music he made, he settled on Dynospectrum and, satisfied with that definition, he used it as the title for a solo song on Comparison. In the interim, Beyond and Slug were on a rampage at that time, tag-teaming on live shows, ciphers, basement freestyle sessions and MC battles in the Twin Cities area.

The artwork and label typefont is by Minnesota based artist Aaron Horkey. He's a heavyweight in the silkscreen poster world... his style is like no other and is highly sought after by the community.
first heard this back when it first came out back in 98, I bought the CD the first time I saw it on a store shelf, I dreamed of the day this would get a vinyl release and stupidly didn't even notice it was pressed on vinyl (rookie move). i just picked up my copy on Saturday from Taz Records here in Halifax and holy shit what a sexy package this came in, vinyl is super fresh looking, flat - no warps, sound quality is superb compared to the CD and the over all artwork and design is sick - lyrical content contained is unfuckwitable. my only complaint (and I hate that I have one) is that I honestly wished they didn't change the OG "DynoSpectrum" font on the cd to the updated text on the front and back of the release.must have pressing if you are a fan of the "Dyno"
