Mono and stereo versions have an identical presentation, with the same number on the spine (T/4026-7-8) - the mono version has T-4026, T-4027 & T-4028 on beige 'strobe' labels, while the stereo has ST-4026, ST-4027 & ST-4028 on green 'strobe' labels. The stereo was issued with a small "S" sticker on the front of the box.
