It wasn’t long ago that cult film director David Lynch birthed his bizarre electronic album Crazy Clown Time, and it seems he’s been busy in the down time as its follow-up The Big Dream is now set for release on July 16. Billed as a collection of modern blues the record features eleven original songs and a cover of Bob Dylan’s ‘The Ballad of Hollis Brown’ and it will emerge on the Sacred Bones label in the US (who released last year’s Eraserhead re-issue) and Sunday Best in the UK. The first taster of the album is ‘I’m Waiting Here’, a bonus cut from the album which features Swedish chanteus.
